Living Wage
Across the nation, the disparities between rich and poor grows larger every day, as does the gap between what the majority of American families earn and what American families need to survive. In Albuquerque, a disproportionate number of urban Natives earn the lowest wages in the city, even while working multiple jobs with long hours. More often, Indigenous and people of color households must sacrifice family time for work time just to make ends meet.
